Hello everyone! Today it is a hot and humid 90 degrees in my hometown, so I decided to do some fun crafting inside. Just recently, I remodeled my closet and I have been trying to find some way to keep the clothes smelling fresh, since the closet does not have a plug-in for an air freshener.
While doing the laundry this morning, I developed an idea. I began to wonder if there was anyway I could put my Downy Infusion sent booster in my closet. However, I did not want to have to put the entire container in the closet. Eventually, I came across the idea of putting it inside a fabric softener sheet. So far, it has worked great so I decided that I should share it with everyone else so that they can make one as well!
These small air fresheners would be a perfect addition to any small room, car, or drawer. I made multiple and placed them around the house! Let me know in the comments how yours turned out!
Ingredients:
1 fabric softener sheet (I used Downy Infusions Botanical Mist)
1/4 cup in-wash scent booster (I used Downy Infusions Botanical Mist)
1/8″ Wide Ribbon
Directions:
1. Lay the fabric softener sheet flat on the table (as pictured below)
2. Add 1/4 cup of botanical mist in-wash scent booster (as pictured below)
3. Lift the sides of the fabric softener sheet and tie with a ribbon of your choice (as pictured below)
I hope that this trick helps someone freshen up their space!
